Site 70 -   The Peoples Foundations

The People's Foundations:  (aka  Pēp-Fo)  is a nation-wide  county-level-network of  mutually-supporting,  independent,  non-government,  non-big-business,  non-profit-foundations  that will provide the public with business services and then direct to profits to support city/county, state, and federal governments.

The foundation will establish and then hold controlling interest in profit-making corporations that will provide the public with honest and fair-priced services  --  services such as providing a public service banking system  --  services that actually serves the people.   The network, called "The People's Foundations," (aka  Pēp-Fo) once established, will easily be able to beat the The Powers That Be at their own game of generating profits.   Instead of putting additional billions of dollars into the vaults of the super-wealthy, our foundations will: 
   Redirect the newly-generated profits into rebuilding city/county, state
          and nation's infrastructures, respectively,
   Put millions of people back to work,
   Completely replace the public service portion of the banking system  
   Drastically reduce the destruction of our environment,    and
   Set up county-level emergency systems designed to provide
         locally-controlled, basic human services in the event of
         a major national or global-level emergency.
